Systematic killing of kolbars by Iran; young man dies of severe injuries
A severely injured kolbar identified as Araz Mohammadpour died on 28 August after being hospitalised for five days in the Kowsar Hospital of Sanandaj, Kurdistan province. Iranian border forces shot the kolbar in the border areas of Baneh, Kurdistan province, on 23 August.
