Aziz Nasiri, a civilian of Orumiyeh, was released from Orumiyeh Central Prison on bail of 500 million Tomans after 4 months of detention. He was arrested in Orumiyeh on September 4, and transferred to Orumiyeh Central Prison after being interrogated for 26 days at the detention centre of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC). Nasiri has been charged with collaboration with the Komala Party.

In the past few weeks, at least six Kurdish civilians, -Aziz Nasiri, Abdul Parto, Peshtivan Parto, Milad Veisi, Kayhan Shirini and Bahram Ghasemi, have been detained by security forces in the cities of Orumiyeh, Sanandaj, Marivan and Kamyaran.
