Iran court sentences labour activist to three months in prison
Branch One of the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province, recently sentenced Kurdish labour activist Habibollah Karimi to three months in prison. The court charged Karimi with "acting against national security" through "membership" of a Kurdish opposition party.
