Two prisoners, sentenced to execution on the charge of "premeditated murder,” were hanged at Orumiyeh Central Prison on morning 4 December, local sources told Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).  Ali Mohammad Pour and Morteza Ashrafi were arrested three years ago on charges of premeditated murder and sentenced to "retribution" (execution). They had been taken to solitary confinement on 3 December in preparation for their execution.
