Marivan: Whereabouts of civilians detained by IRGC intelligence unknown
The whereabouts of four civilians detained by the Intelligence Organisation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in the past two weeks in Marivan, Kurdistan province, remain unknown. The names of these civilians are Sarkawt Abdi, Saadi Ghaffari, Rizgar Mosannefi, and Loghman Mosannefi.
