Kolbar shot dead by Iran border guards in Hawraman

Seyvan Dast-Afkan, a 31-year-old kolbar, was fatally shot by Iranian border guards on 17 April at the Tateh Pass in the Hawraman region of Sarvabad, Kurdistan Province.
