Iran arrests civilian returning from Kurdistan Region of Iraq
Security forces have arrested a Kurdish civilian identified as Sobhan Mowloudi at the Bashmaq border gate in Marivan, Kurdistan province, after his return from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, on 20 July.
