Death row prisoners Mohammad Andishkouh and Moslem Jamshidi were executed today on drug-related charges in Ghezel Hesar prison in Karaj, Alborz Province.
The two prisoners were transferred to solitary confinement for execution on 21 November.
Andishkouh, 29, from Kuhdasht, Lorestan Province, was arrested about eight years ago and sentenced to death.
Jamshidi was a 55-year-old father of one from Harsin, Kermanshah Province.
