Security forces arrested civilians Khalil Rasoulzadeh and Aziz Hal-Khali without a warrant during home raids in Naqadeh, West Azerbaijan Province, on 16 January and took them to an undisclosed location.
There is no information about the charges against the two individuals or where they are being held.
Rasoulzadeh is from the village of Shawleh in Naqadeh and Hal-Khali comes from the city of Naqadeh.
