In the past few days, four Kurdish civilians named Omid Maroof, Mohammad Khalid Hamzehpour, Kamal Ghoitasi and Rahman Yousefi have been detained by security forces in the city of Oshnavieh in West Azerbaijan Province and taken to an unknown location.
The Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned that security forces arrested two civilians, Omid Maroof and Mohammad Khalid Hamzehpour, in the city of Oshnavieh and transferred them to an unknown location on December 15.
On Monday, December 14, two other civilians, Kamal Ghovitasi from Cheshmeh Gol village and Rahmani Yousefi from Sujeh village in Oshnavieh, were also detained by security forces.
So far, no information has been obtained about the charges against these individuals and their whereabouts.
