Iranian security forces have arrested Kurdish civilians Foroutan Gorgani and Fakhraddin Fatehi in Kamyaran, Kurdistan province, in the past few days and taken them to an undisclosed location.
Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned that on January 20, security forces raided Gorgani’s family home in the village of Marab in Kamyaran. They arrested him while searching the house and confiscating some of the personal belongings of his family members.
Security forces also arrested Fatehi, who is an athlete from Kamyaran, without an arrest warrant.
So far, there is no information about the charges brought against these civilians and their whereabouts.
