Civilian Kazhal Khaledian was arrested after being summoned by telephone to the office of the Police in charge of Supervision over Public Facilities and Locations in Sanandaj, Kurdistan province, on 28 January.
The civilian has been transferred to an undisclosed location, Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned.
Khaledian’s whereabouts and charges brought against her are not known.
