The Iranian government has executed two prisoners murder charges at Orumiyeh Central Prison on 26 May.

They were taken to solitary confinement cells a day before their execution, according to a local source who spoke to Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).

The executed were Alireza Karimi and Firouz Eskandari, the source said.

Karimi 40, from the town of Minaduab, was jailed for five years until his execution and Eskandari 36, from the town of mianduab, was jailed for two years until his execution, the source said.
