The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) forces shot and wounded a tradesman named Rasoul Abdulrahman between the two villages of Goreh Shir in Sardasht, Iran’s West Azerbaijan province, and Shini in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, on 31 May.

The IRGC forces targeted the 23-year-old man with three bullets, at close range, and without prior notice.

Abdulrahman comes from the Shini village in Qaladzeh, in Kurdistan Region’s Sulaimaniyah governorate.

Earlier on 28 May, the IRGC forces also opened fire on a group of tradesmen from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq on the highlands of the Qandil Mountains, between Iran and the Kurdistan Region and killed a 30-year-old man named Kaywan Abdullah.
