Iran releases a Kurdish civilian, holds four in custody in Mahabad

Iran has released on bail a Kurdish civilian named Kaveh Soleimanpour from Mahabad Prison on 12 October after 70 days in detention, sources told the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).
