Young kolbar killed by Iran border guards in Kermanshah

Hazhir Mahmoudpour, a young kolbar from Javanrud, Kermanshah Province, was fatally shot by border guards in the border areas of Nowsud, Kermanshah Province, the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned.
