Brother of slain protester arrested again in Quchan

Reza Babrnezhad, the brother of Mehdi Babrnezhad, a protester killed during the Woman, Life, Freedom uprising in Quchan, Razavi Khorasan Province, has been arrested for the second time in recent weeks.
