Two prisoners sentenced to the death penalty have been taken today to solitary confinement for execution in Orumiyeh Central Prison.
Nasser Azmoudeh and a prisoner named Shahriyar, whose last name could not be confirmed, were taken from Ward 4 of the prison to solitary confinement.
The two prisoners were sentenced to death on drug-related charges.
Prison officials have informed the families of the prisoners that their death sentences would be carried out tomorrow morning.
