Border forces have opened fire on a group of kolbars in the border areas of Nowsud, Iran’s western Kermanshah province, injuring two kolbars on 30 May. The wounded kolbars are Omar Yaghoubi, from the village of Kalash-e Baghan in Javanrud, Kermanshah province, and Jalal Morovvati, from the village of Kalash in Javanrud. Yaghoubi was also wounded in a shooting by border guards last winter.
