The temporary detention of civil rights activist Amjad Saedi was extended for another 15 days on 6 February.
Saedi, who has been held at the detention centre of the Ministry of Intelligence in Marivan, suffers from a digestive problem and has been denied access to medical care.
He has also been denied access to his lawyer and family visits during this period.
The activist has been arrested twice since the recent anti-government protests broke out over the government murder of Zhina Mahsa Amini.
Saedi was first arrested on 19 September 2022 and released on bail several days later.
He was arrested again on 18 January by the intelligence ministry and transferred to the detention facility of the security agency.
