Security forces arrested civil rights activist Ayoub Javanpour on 10 June after raiding his home in Saqqez, Kurdistan province, without a court order.
Security agents searched the activist’s home and confiscated some of his personal belongings, the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned.
There is no information on the reason for the activist’s arrest or his whereabouts.
Javanpour was previously arrested by security forces on 25 September 2022 after being injured during anti-government protests in Saqqez, and was later released on bail.
