Security forces raided the home of Kurdish civil rights activist Asaad (Masoud) Mohammadi in Sanandaj, Kurdistan province, on 24 July and arrested him without a warrant.
The activist was transferred him to an undisclosed location.
According to sources, security forces confiscated some of Mohammadi’s personal belongings during a search of his home.
Details about the charges against Mohammadi and his current whereabouts remain unknown.
