Border guards have shot and wounded a kolbar named Iraj Mehdi in the border areas of Kermanshah province, western Iran, on 5 July.
The kolbar, who comes from the village of Kalash Lulem in Javanrud, Kermanshah province, was taken to a hospital in Paveh, in Kermanshah province, for treatment.
According to statistics collected by the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN), at least 13 kolbars were injured by Iranian border forces throughout June.
