Security forces detained labour activist Maryam Sadeghi at her house in Sanandaj, Kurdistan province, on 23 October.

They transferred the activist to an undisclosed location.

Sadeghi is a member of the Coordinating Committee for Assistance to the Establishment of Trade Unions.

During the detention of the labour activist, security forces searched her house and confiscated some of her personal belongings.

So far, no information has been obtained about the detention location and the charges against the activist.
